Matthew J. Holley

Matthew has been practicing law for over 23 years, beginning his legal career as a prosecutor in the Bronx. He later joined the Investigations Unit, where he focused on prosecuting white-collar crimes.

In 2007, he relocated to Saipan, intending to stay only a couple of years before returning to New York City. But after falling in love with the Marianas and island life, he never left.

He practiced criminal defense before transitioning into advocacy for individuals with disabilities. He later joined Victorino Torres in civil litigation, where his practice shifted primarily to personal injury and medical malpractice.

Since then, he has successfully tried numerous jury cases to verdict โ€” including multiple million-dollar verdicts for seriously injured clients. He is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives after serious injury or loss.

Matthew earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School in 2002 and holds a bachelorโ€™s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona (1998).

He is fluent in Spanish.
